Xfinity Stream Not working on any device

I opened a ticket with Comcast 2 weeks ago because streaming was not working (any device). This has been escalated to tier 3, and they can't provide an explanation or ETA for the repair. Is anyone else experiencing this issue? I have 2 accounts with Xfinity one from April of last year and one from 2 weeks ago. the one from April works perfectly, the other no streaming. This is getting a little aggravating.

you might want to call 800-Comcast during daytime hours to get a USA based call center and select billing. ask the agent to fix your username that you use to log in to only be assigned to your current account number/address.

Hey I’ve been dealing with this since last week and the lady on the phone today told me that they have had a ton of people with this problem since as far back as December 30. Very frustrating!
