Hi, I've tried resetting my password cause a belligerent ex-roommate had to be kicked out, but she can still utilize my Xfinity Stream App on her phone, can someone remove all devices associated with my account so that I can manually sign in to the devices that pertain to the household please? did you also change your wifi password? the stream app would just reauthorize if the person got near your wifi.
