Xfinity Remote app not working since latest upgrade

Since the latest app updates Remote app not working on iPad. Every time I click on listing, app closes. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, same outcome.

I have issues on my android as well. It says there are no eligible DVR in my house. It was working before and now it does not. It has not worked in over a week now.

3.0.0.117 loaded right up on my ipad 2 mini - did you try to do a hard reset (hold down the home and power keys until it shuts down ?

go to an x1 Tv and hit the xfinity button >> gear(settings >> "my account" >> "account details"

 

use that username in upper right corner to login.

Unfortunately much like everything having to do with Xfinity is poorly or not supported at all. Rates continue to go up but the services don't get better.
