Xfinity Mobile app

I have an Apple iPad air and I cannot get the Xfinity live streaming or any of my paid movie channels. Xfinity says it's an Apple issue and Apple says it's in Xfinity issue.

?

should I cancel service?

 

does anyone have a six out there for it

have you updated to iOS 10.2 or later? Are you connected to your own home Xfinity wifi network?
