Wrong recording length

Why does my DVD on the tv say that a recording is 60 minutes but the stream app says it's only 12 minutes?  This happens all the time...at least twice a month. I've tried talking to support and the answer that I get is to delete the app and re-install.  It doesn't work. My DVR is nowhere near full so it makes no sense that an episode should be cut short.

So sorry (especially when they tell you to delete the app to solve this - there's no way that will work!).  Cloud DVR has millions of server-based recorders making tens of millions of simultaneous recordings. The engineering team is optimizing capacity and performance but glitches can occur in certain markets and at peak utiliization (unfortunately, that usually means during primetime).

 

Again, very sorry. Best option in this case is to try recording again (if that's an option) or play the On Demand version if available.
