It started today, after working fine for months.
The error code is:
using the stream app, are you at home? is the device's wifi on? is it connected to your home wifi network? did you try another device? did you try the web page stream site?
I'm having the same problem, just started a couple of days ago. I've been using this feature for almost a year now without issues.
All devices/ apps (desktop, Roku, mobile) are indicating that i'm not on my home network.
I've power cycled all the devices, as well as, my comcast cabel modem.
Seems that there may be a problem with the app? I am seeing the same problem. I have rebooted my cable modem (a couple of times), my mesh wifi, and even my x1 box (thought the connection there may be a problem) I am seeing the same issue on 2 Rokus in my house.
I had this problem friday on wired and wireless, on the web site and on the app. I checked all of my equipment and all seemed fine. I called support and asked for my account to be refreshed, and a few minutes later it was working again. So if nothing has changed since you last used streaming at home, you might want to give this a try.
