I couldn't watch certain channels on my phone. Called with no avail. Rebooted system, nothing. Uninstalled and now I only get some channels and none of the previous ones from before. What happened and how can this be fixed?
hi, have you tried using a desk/laptop or other device to check your channel lineup? If you are at home and using your own home network (not the wifi SSID xfinitywifi name) the numbered channels should be same as the home set top box channels.
