Video doesn't play on the app...I only hear the audio

Video doesn't play on the app...I only hear the audio

Using the Stream App, I don't get any video content.  I do get the full audio however.  This functions the same way for live TV, downloaded shows or DVR content.  I am using the Android app via my Pixelbook.

emulators won't work the same as an actual android tablet or phone. you can use the streaming web site probably at https://tv.xfinity.com/

It does work on the web version, but there is no ability to download shows for offline viewing here...

 

I wonder if anyone has discovered a workaround...

emulators can't download, only real smart devices.
