I have an iPad (3rd generation) running the Xfinity Stream application. For some reason, when I download any of my recordings, it will not allow me to play it. I get an error message that says, "Well, that didn't go as planned." I am able to download and play the same program on my iphone with no problems. I have tried uninstalling the Xfinity stream app and reinstalling it. I also, went into my iPad general settings and looked to see if there was any iOS software updates available. My iPad is telling me that my iOS software is up to date. A few months ago I was able to play downloaded content on my iPad. For some reason, I can no longer do it anymore without an error message. Please help me!
