There isn't any audio for the stream app

I need to know how to get the sound back on the app.

audio is included in the same stream as the video and is 'always' on. try volume control on iOS and android devices. turn off bluetooth for a moment to see if audio is routed back to the device's speakers.

Same issue here. No sound on my roku, iPhone, orKindle. Bluetooth is not on. This appears to be an issue with the streaming app itself. It does work sometimes.

Sorry you're having trouble. If sound is not working on any platform (Roku, iOS, Kindle) that indicates an issue with the recording itself (Cloud DVR recordings are separate from those on your physical DVR).  Is this a specific recording or all recordings on a specific channel?  When you say "it does work sometimes" do you mean the same recording will have sound sometimes and not others?
