hi, do you have the X1 entertainment package or do you have the older legacy 2-tuner DVR xfinity TV service?

I was able to look up your account and see that you are an X1 subscriber but do not have Cloud DVR enabled on your account.  Please contact us by phone and request that the "Cloud DVR rate codes" get added to your account.  I'm sorry that I'm not able to do this but 800-XFINITY certainly should. Since you already have X1 DVR, there should be no additional costs.  Note that only new recordings will be available once they enable it (not existing recordings from your DVR).
