Thanks for posting in the forums. I believe you that the app is crashing—just need some help reproducing the issue so we can fix it. This involves figuring out what you were doing when the app crashed. For example, did it crash on the Adding Device screen? On loading For You? After attempting to play a video? If the latter, what kind of video—live, recording, On Demand? Is it only a specific video?
Looking forward to figuring out what's wrong and getting it resolved.
I am seeing similiar issues with the app crashing over and over again. If I have the phone in landscape mode while trying to start a download recording it crashes every time period if I start the video in portrait mode once the buffering dots come up I can turn it to landscape and it seems to be fine.
