Streaming not working on S8

I recently changed phones to Samsung S8 and when I download something from my recorded DVR programs. It downloads but when i go to stream on my phone, I am getting an error. Please help

do you get an error message? (screen shot perhaps?). does the recording still show checked out on the x1 list? if you check it back in, will the recording stream properly to the end?

Hi cpdoherty, do you have Comcast as your cell phone provider? Can you please share the error message that you're receiving?
