Stream app not syncing to account

I am able to “sign in” with no problem, but it doesn’t actually sign me in. I am unable to access anything from my account including my cloud DVR recordings, schedule, live TV, all channels, favorite channels etc.

I have uninstalled, reinstalled and turned my phone on and off multiple times and in different sequences.

I have checked and rechecked my username and password, i am able to sign in just not access my stuff. This is happening while I am at home and away.

What is wrong? How can this be fixed?
