Stream TV only showing partial recordings on AMC

Stream TV only showing partial recordings on AMC

For the past 3 weeks at least, when trying to watch my recording of "The Walking Dead" on the Stream app, the app only shows and plays between 7-11 minutes.

 

When I then go to my actual DVR, the whole show is recorded.  What is going on?

 

I have heard of this happening in different markets, but not in mine.  I'm in the Pacific NW (Seattle-Tacoma).  Any fixes yet?

do you get an error message? others have approximately same time like 15 minutes for the early recording but the later recording time is recorded in full. that might be a lack of available tuners perhaps?

No error messages.  The recording time on the Stream app never goes longer than 11 minutes.  The recording time on my DVR is the entire show (62 minutes give or take).

 

I see there are other people posting the exact same thing about The Walking Dead on the Stream app.

my walking dead and talking dead are fine on the cloud DVR. are you in the Detroit area?
