Stream TV only has basic cabLe channels

After upgrading cable service from basic to digital preferred streamin app still ha's only basic channel lineup. Can't get any help from Comcast technical support

has it been 24 hours or so?

It had been over 24 hours. So after 6 more phone calls it was escalated to tier 3 support who resolved in minutes by pushing a sync of my account across the databases and now I have my 220+ channels
