Stream TV app only displays three channels

Stream TV app only displays three channels

When selecting channel listing in Stream TV app. only 3 TV channels are listed. This occurs both when running the app as well as when accessing streaming from Comcasts web site. I deleted and reloaded app. several times and still only the same 3 channels. Have verified filters were cleared.

call 800-Comcast and select billing. Ask the representative to do a deep background account refresh (will take up to an hour to complete).
