Stream TV app Not working

Stream TV app Not working

Since the latest update March 3rd the app won't load channels properly on my iPad. I'm using my home network wifi and live tv won't load nor will any on demand or my recordings. It loads and then it just stops playing. 

 

Please help

When it stops playing, does it display an error message or does the video just freeze or go black?

 

The most common way to solve app problems is to sign out and back in again. You can do this by accessing the settings section (looks like a gear icon) and selecting "Sign Out".

 

Also, ensure you aren't mirroring your iPad to an Apple TV or connected via HDMI.

It just lags and stops. I don't have Apple TV. None of the stuff loads. I signed out and I even downloaded the app again. Still nothing. 

 

And no error messages.

Hmmm. Sorry.  Have you run a speed test to see if you have connectivity issues (or try streaming on a different network)?

What model iPad and what iOS version are you running?

I ran the speed test and my speeds were low. I power cycled my modem and router and things are good now.
