Still need help - Streaming App Not Working

Update: The responses received have nothing to do with my issue.

I have xfinity cable, internet, and phone for my home. The account is current.

Bought a new phone, downloaded app, but I’m not able to stream from the app.

After successfully signing in I receive an error message.

“ Access not Authorized

You signed in successfully, but you must be an Xfinity user to enjoy this service.”

Please help.

"Playback Issue:TVAPP-00243

This has been going on for over a year. Re-installing the app does not work.

you can not stream ouside of the USA. you can download to a smart phone/device a limited number of recordings to watch ouside of the USA.

Hey if you guys are still having trouble , I found this site to help me watch abc . It works with the nba finals, I’m sure it’ll work with other shows . Go to abc live , the. Log in with xfinity log in and it’ll play that channel .
