So, i know this has been an issue for many customers for awhile. I am logged into my comcast provided wifi (not the xfinity hot-spot) and the tv app will not let me stream. I've logged in and out, restarted the app, restarted the phone. What is the solution?
I do service work on fire alarms all day. I am getting tired of having to come home and troubleshoot these xfinity services that i pay for.
Basically call into Comcast and have the CSR enter your modem's data into the Comcast INventiory DB, for your account.
