Roku error 403-102

Just got back from vacation, and came home to this issue. Can't access the Xfinity beta. Works on PC and Android. Replaced the modem with one we purchased a month or so ago and was working fine with help from this forums support staff.

it can take up to 24 hours to fully update all the different back office databases. has it been more than 24 hours?

Sorry, the replacement of the modem was a month or so ago and worked right away, so yes been more than 24 hours. Got back last Saturday, wasn't working, was working 2  weeks before that.

an official Comcast employee will usually respond to your original post within 72 hours. they will have to fix the back-office databases to clear up that problem.
