When trying to authorize the Xfinity beta app on my Roku device I get the following error:
Of course I get the finger-pointing from both Roku and Xfinity saying it’s not their issue.
My gut feeling is is Xfinity is blocking the feed due to some type of provisioning error on their end.
standard questions first: what is the model number of the roku device? is there a firmware update available? Is the device located in your actual home? Do you have the X1 bundle of cable plus at least the internet? using a smart device and the my account, does the model number of your modem (under the internet tab) exactly match the 'serial number' of your installed modem/gateway?
