Roku TV App

I’m having an issue with the Roku TV App and getting the error that it is only for the home use. The app on my Roku stick works fine but not on the actual tv. Thanks!

the roku devices will only work with the stream app if connected to your own home wifi SSID.

Yes. The TV and the App are both connected into the same router and SSID.

Hello, Dpav01! Thank you for posting in our forum. Have you tried the following steps: 

 

1. Restart Roku 
2. Uninstall Xfinity Stream app 
3. Restart Roku 
4. Install Xfinity Stream app 
5. Restart Roku
