I have added a Roku Express box to my bedroom TV. I added the Xfinity app. I can get the Comcast channel guide but I don't see how to access my Favorites. Now when I search I get a list of all the channels and it takes a looooong time to navigate to the higher numbered channels. Am I missing something?
Hi grwist, have you tried removing the app from your Roku device then adding it back? This should fix any errors that you may be experiencing within the app, I also recommend rebooting your equipment for the best results.
