Removing unauthorized device

How do I get someone from streaming my acct. I can never edit their device and I’ve changed my password and user name but it’s still not logging them out.

call 800-Comcast and select Cable TV tech support. ask the agent to deprovision all of your streaming devices. If they don't understand, ask for a smart device app specialist (transfer).
