Remove unauthorized devices from streaming

I can see devices streaming on my xfinity stream app and I don't know who they belong to. I've changed my password and username, but they were not automatically signed out. They are literally streaming everyday and setting recordings on my DVR. I've called technical support and they have no idea how to sign these devices out. Please help.

Hi Asia

The email address you used to log into the forums is not associated with an Xfinity account. Please Private Message me with your comcast.net address, account number, or phone number so I can access your account and deprovision devices.

hi, do you use a browser and PC to stream or a stream app? Did you know the stream app can't do settings nor make recordings at all now?

Could you please help me deprovision my account? I have a device that I lent to someone, but they are streaming under my account.

Hello @Murphys0711. I can help with removing all devices from authorization on your account. You'll have to log in for each, after. To get started, please send me a private message and include your full name, service address, and account number so I can access your account.

I'm having this same issue. Someone is streaming and DVR shows. I've called Comcast several times with no help..... If this does not get resolved in the next couple of days, I am canceling my service. I should not have to pay if other people do not. (period)...

the app nor streaming website can not set recordings. Recordings can only be set by X1 set top boxes connected to the same MoCA network in your home (one exception in a moment). this means if you are in an apartment/condo there may be a missing filter that isolates your set top boxes from others using the coax cable feeding your residence. one exception is the Roku device connected to your own wifi. it currently allows setting of recordings. Is it possible that you have given a neighbor access to your wireless cable and they continue to use it with a roku device?
