My account is currently doing the same thing where it says I am signed in but it is unable to verify my access. What should I do?

are you talking about using the streaming website or streaming app? if streaming app, are you using it on an iOS or android smart device or on a Roku?

I was talking about the app but I noticed the website not working either. I was using an iOS

when you log in do you get an error message? if so, what is the complete message and error number?

I just went on the app and it said “you are automatically signed into fox sports go” and then it took me to the screen that says “we’re unable to verify your access”. So then I proceed to try signing out but it doesn’t give me that option. It just asks me to sign in using a tv provider and then takes me to the screen that says you are automatically signed in. No error message pops up

AustinH1123, I can take a look into your streaming app log in issues. Please send me a private message with your full name, residential account number and address for help. Also if you could include your username, that would be a big help.
