I am having this same problem with the Xfinity TV Remote app, v. 3.5.4.003. How can I get this fixed???
I moved your post to a new thread. the one you posted in did not discuss the TV remote app. What issue are you having with the app? are you an X1 customer?
Yes, I am an Xfinity customer. This app has worked fine until about two weeks ago then selecting any channel in the app gives this (which I copied from the previous thread):
I have logged out and in of the app and I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
