I am having the same issue. I have uninstalled the app, performed a factory reset on the Roku and no luck. All other apps on the Roku work fine, Xfinity app does not.

I'd be happy to check your account and find the cause. Please send me a private message and include your full name, the account holder's name as it's listed on the billing statement, a CM/HFC Mac address of your modem.
