I'm getting terrible, far below HD resolution on downloads in the app. I'm downloading HD content. Speed is not an issue; 77Mb down, 10Mb up. This is a recurring issue. Suggestions?
I can help look into this issue. Can you please verify how you are connected when downloading content? What type of device are you using?
Just to add further...every other app I use has perfect quality video. The Stream app has perfect video as well except when I download something. The issue I'm having specifically is downloading sports (Sixers games) from the NBC Sports Philadelphia channel.
