Trying to watch Sister Wives on phone with Xfinity App - no sound at all. Other shows work i.e. Dance Moms, RHOBH etc.

which episode (to try to duplicate the issue)? also did you have a choice between HD/SD?

S7 E2,3,4 - I don't recall seeing a choice for HD/SD. I think I will try it on my regular tv tomorrow.

I checked all three episodes across HS, SD and TV Go and have full audio on all. I'm using the XFINITY TV app on iOS (latest version).  Do you by chance have "SAP" turned on (secondary audio)?
