No recording

For the last few days, the stream mobile app hasn't showed ANY of my recordings, favorites, nothing. It's not even populating TV shows when using the search option. What is going on with this app?

the standard first stop is to signout of the app, uninstall it, and log back in. If that doesn't fix it, check stream app on another device or using a desk/laptop at https://tv.xfinity.com/
