For some reason the playback volume has stopped the video content plays but no sound. It was working previously I am traveling out of home state
If you've already tested with multiple types of content (live TV, On Demand, etc.) then the issue is likely a setting on your device.
If the issue is with only one specific piece of content, there could be an encoding issue and providing more details on that content will help up request a fix.
I also seem to be having an issue with sound on my ipad when I am not at my home network. The sound works fine when I play from Amazon but from Xfinity it doesn't. I can get the video to play, just no sound.
