I have been trying to use the new app and all Ican see is a purchased movie from a few years ago. How can I view the rest- TV listings, on demand etc?

The account with which you used to sign into the forums is showing that it was disconnected and no longer has active XFINITY service. When this happens, we allow you to continue to access the Stream app/website to view previously purchased content. 

 

If you believe your account was disconnected in error, please contact us at 800-XFINITY.
