would you check on another different device and a desk/laptop? do you have set top boxes in your home?

call 800-Comcast, select billing. ask the agent to verify that the username you are using is tied only to your current account/address. If so, ask the agent to do a full account background refresh (takes up to an hour to complete). If the agent says they don't understand/know what that means, ask for a supervisor. If you prefer to wait, a Comcast Official Employee usually responds within 72 hours of your posting time.
