I was able to see all my recordings on my Xfinity app and now only some load and some do not.
by load do you mean play or you can't see the older recordings (on the Cloud DVR)? the home DVR holds many more recordings than the cloud DVR which is limited and only keeps last 60 hours recorded.
Yes, I can only see and play 15/40 recordings.
the cloud DVR will only have available the last 60 hours of completed recordings.
