I have called in to tech support numerous times with no fix. I have been to the Xfinity store and they say they can’t help me. I have google searched and tried the deep account refresh to no avail. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps and cleared app cache.
I have HBO and the regional Sports package. It used to work but 8 months ago it stopped working.
When I use my Xfinity Login for HBO Go or NBC Sports app on my iPad, Android Phone or Tablet, it says I do not subscribe to that channel and I need to upgrade.
I have the channel working on my X1 boxes at home and the Xfinity Stream App.
The problem is I would like to use the NBC Sports app to watch the game while I am not at home. Xfinity Stream does not allow to watch NBC Sports while out of home WiFi.
