DRM (digital rights management) is blocking the use you are attempting. Are you in USA when getting that error? Are you using a smart device that is hooked up to an HDMI port to a TV etc?

Hi Cheryl

I'm assuming from the text of the message that you're getting it on Web, since we show a different message on iOS and Android. This error can occur in a few different scenarios, all of them usually rare. Can you try signing out and back in to Xfinity Stream and see if that resolves the problem? If not, the next thing I would try is clearing your browser's cache (which I believe will also require you to sign in again).
