Error ftde.provision.500: General server fault

Error ftde.provision.500: General server fault

I have called Comcast now probably 10 times and no one knows how to solve this issue.  Has anyone figured out how to resolve this error?  Trying to reach xfinity streaming website on a home network with multiple X1 boxes.  I've been escalated to the highest tier of customer support but engineering has been non-responsive (as in non-existent).

Same issue on computer, IOS device, and Roku app.

Did you ever get a resolution? I am getting a very similar error message on my Roku
