Error code tvapp-00116

Just installed a new router and now can't use my roku.  I get the error code tvapp-00116.  Customer service has been no help.  Anyone know what is going on?

fast fix is to call 800-comcast select billing. ask the agent to update your modem 'serial number' to match your new modem's HFC MAC address. fixed?
