I just subscribed to digital premier on Monday 12/5/16, however I cannot view anything on the TV app. Even within my on demand no shows show up. Why is this happening and is there a fix?
do you have the X1 entertainment system set top boxes?
I don't actually have the boxes set up yet but I was told I could start using the app.
call in to 877-896-8678 and ask representative to verify you have the cloud DVR feature rate code added to your account. Ask for your username if you don't know what it is (not necessarily the name you used on this board).
