DVRed shows disappearing from Xfinity Stream App

DVRed shows disappearing from Xfinity Stream App

Hello,

 

I use the Xfinity Stream TV app quite frequently but noticed that shows located on my DVR which have been recorded roughly two weeks prior will stop showing up in the recordings on the app.  I even downloaded some shows with the hopes to avoid them disappearing but they still vanished.  Is there a way to adjust settings on the app so that the entire contents of the DVR are shown in the available recordings?
