why is the app not showing all of my recordings on my DVR?? I can't watch things on my tablet because they r not there to watch, but they r on my DVR on my tv
ComcastDan answered this in a previous message within this forum. Here is his answer: Until you access the portal or mobile apps for the first time, we only retain the most recent Cloud DVR recordings (a few days' worth, I believe). It will now begin to record everything in the cloud up to the current 60 hours of storage for Cloud DVR recordings.
