Can’t watch or download programs from my account.

Are you outside the U.S., by any chance? If so, that’s why. You can download programs while inside the U.S. and take them with you, but you cannot stream or download outside the U.S.

Ummmm. How annoying. Where are we, the USSR? It’s a global economy. Get with the program. Ugh!!!!

I had this problem using my IPHONE6. Alll the other shows on DVR worked on the IPHONE. I just watched on my TV the program on the DVR for about half an hour. Then I tried to watch on my IPHONE again and everything was alright. As stAted above it is not a internet connection problem just a syncing problem that it cannot find the starting point.

would you scroll back a few posts and read the Comcast official employee's explanation?
