CSN and TCN have both suddenly disappeared from my channel guide on both the tv.xfinity.com website and the xfinitystream app for my Android tablet and phone. Also, my daily DVR recording of CSN SportsNet (which I RELY on to keep up with Philadelphia sports news and results when I am on the road) is not appearing online--only on the home DVR.
I am an X1 customer on the State College/Belllefonte, PA cable.
