Cloud recordings skipping

Like many others who have posted here, my Xfinity recordings consistently skip several seconds to several minutes of programming. It's very frustrating and makes the service pretty unusable.  Is there no one at the company who is addressing this issue?

there is a known issue that affects random customers for random amounts of time. It appears that during peak times some servers are at over capacity for programs to be recorded. The errors cause the servers to move customers around to less 'full' servers over time.

When can we have a Comcast employee provide an ETA for a fix?

It's a horrible regression rendering the iOS app unusable.
