I’m using xfinity stream on my laptop and the video is choppy it stutters a good 3 times a second, I’ve defeated my drivers and cleared history/cache.
is the computer a chromebook and using the andorid app?

Just to piggyback on top of what Rustyben has asked, are you using a chrome browser? If so has it been updated to the latest version? (Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit))
