For quite sometime I have been unable to view my local channels live while on my home network on any of my mobile devices. Does anyone have any ideas? I am a Comcast employee and am subscribed to the "platinum package" so I know it is not a subscription issue. I have exhausted my local resources and am wondering if anyone has ever had this issue and found a fix for it.
Comcast employees are not permitted to post in the customer forums. You need to get with your supervisor to find out how to go about reporting your issues.
