Auto log in by apps

I have an old Comcast id and password that being used to automatically log me in when I try to log in to watch espn app, fox now app, and others. When asked to choose a provider, I chose xfinity. Then xfinity automatically logs me in.  I don't want that to happen so I can use a different log in. I have deleted apps and re-installed. I have unplugged my router for 30 seconds + and nothing changes. I can log in to xfinity tv to go app with new user id to watch programs. But this id doesn't translate over to apps. Need help!!!!

Thanks

Hi Bernproductions,

I located your account by using the email address you have registered with the Forums. I have cleared a few things on my end and wanted to know if you are noticing any changes on your end?
