I have an old Comcast id and password that being used to automatically log me in when I try to log in to watch espn app, fox now app, and others. When asked to choose a provider, I chose xfinity. Then xfinity automatically logs me in. I don't want that to happen so I can use a different log in. I have deleted apps and re-installed. I have unplugged my router for 30 seconds + and nothing changes. I can log in to xfinity tv to go app with new user id to watch programs. But this id doesn't translate over to apps. Need help!!!!

tried turning wifi off and logging in via cell data?
